Constellation Platinum is looking for experienced restaurant and bar managers to support and grow our exclusive front of house teams in Birmingham. We are looking for a knowledgeable, confident candidate who has enthusiasm for hospitality and would like to expand their skill set and accelerate their vocation.


Constellation Platinum is a brand within the Compass Group that provides a front of house team to selected premium restaurants & suites in flagship London venues. We operate differently from others as you can choose the frequency that you work, meaning you have control over your schedule. We offer VIP roles ranging from 10 to 40+ hours per week, this can be altered at any time making the role perfect for those who are looking for flexibility.


As a part of the Platinum team, you will be encouraged to expand your skill in food knowledge, drinks service and guest relations through our onsite masterclasses.


Working Hours

We are looking to hire an experienced bartender to work in one of our fine dining restaurants at Aston Villa football Club for the season 24/25.

You must be able to commit to 90% of the games to qualify for this role.


However, in this flexible and active role, you can pick and choose your other shifts as you please across our portfolio.


The Role:

We need experienced, passionate, and committed managers to be involved with the delivery of match day hospitality at Aston Villa.

You must be able to interact effectively across both client and operational functions whilst managing your team in order for them to excel in their role. You will be expected to ensure your operational area is fully stocked and set with the necessary equipment in a timely manner prior to service, considering expected guest numbers, service times and any targets given to you. You will be expected to lead briefings for each shift, preparing your team for the day ahead and inspiring them to be pro-active and enthusiastic in their role.

Requirements:

- Over 18’s only

- Able to commit to 90% of the match days for the season 24/25

- The ability to remain calm and collected when busy

- Confidence to interact and build relationships with teammates & guests
