Job Title: Project Manager 

Location: Maidstone 

Start Date: ASAP 

Day Rate: £300- £375 per day 

Company: A Regional Contractor who has a growing presence in the local region and a wide portfolio of work which includes, care homes, residential, education and healthcare. 

Project: A new multi million pound care home which will include demolition, groundworks, piling and a new build 155 bed care facility. 

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage project from inception to completion.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Oversee site operations, subcontractors, and supply chain management.

Maintain programme schedules, budgets, and risk assessments.

Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies.

Drive a culture of continuous improvement and high-quality delivery.

Requirements: 

Proven experience in Main Contracting project management.

CSCS card (Construction Skills Certification Scheme).

SMSTS qualification (Site Management Safety Training Scheme).

Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and cost control.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

NVQ Level 6 in Construction Management would be advantageous 

Proven experience in managing a team of Site Managers, Design Teams and Operatives
