RG Consultancy are excited to be working with an expanding Energy company based in St Helens. Our client is looking for an Accounts Assistant to come on board and really help drive the business forward by supporting the Finance Manager in their duties who you will report directly into.

This is the perfect opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills in finance and work alongside an experienced accountant.

Duties:

• Processing accruals and prepayments
• Preparing monthly management reports and VAT filings
• Handling sales ledger activities and overseeing credit control
• Processing purchase ledger transactions
• Administering company financial accounts
• Updating daily cash flow forecasts in Excel
• Recording and posting bank transactions
• Assisting the Financial Controller with monthly presentations
