As a Field Operative, you'll be visiting homes within a 40-mile radius of Cheshire West and Chester (though not traveling 40 miles every day), encouraging residents to participate in a vital survey for the Office of National Statistics (ONS). Your efforts will help shape future government policies, making your work truly impactful!

What We Offer:

• Salary & Benefits: £12.40 per hour, plus travel allowance at £0.45 per mile for fuel. Additionally, you'll receive meal vouchers (£5 for shifts over 5 hours, £10 for shifts over 10 hours), as well as maternity and paternity leave, and paid holidays.
• Hours: 21.25 hours per week, flexible between 9:00 am-8:00 pm (Monday to Friday), with potential weekend work
• Duration: 3 months with possible extension
• Flexible hours to fit around your life-perfect for students, caregivers, or those with other commitments

What You'll Need:

• A valid UK driving license, own car, and business car insurance
• Outstanding communication and persuasion skills-especially with reluctant participants
• Self-motivation, discipline, and comfort working independently
• Proficiency with a laptop and smartphone
• Willingness to complete a basic DBS check with us (or have one from the last 3 months)
