A financial services organisation in east Bristol is currently recruiting a Finance Manager to join their team.

This is a newly created role working for a growing business that has just secured significant funding. With further plans for expansion, this is an excellent opportunity for anyone looking to further their career within this field.

Duties will include:

• Ownership of monthly management accounts including commentary and analysis
• Improve the existing financial reporting systems in line with company requirements
• Manage and mentor a small team
• Manage AP and AR to ensure all transactional accounting is accurate and on time
• Assist the Finance Director in presenting reports to the Executive Team
• Provide support in relation to the onboarding of new external funding lines
• Collaborate with auditors at Year End

Previous experience of producing management accounts is essential as well as a proficiency in excel. The successful candidate will be working towards or have completed ACCA/ACA/CIMA qualified and/or have worked within financial services previously.
