ATK Solutions has an excellent opportunity for an M&E Asset Surveyor to utilise your expertise across a wide variety of sectors, including Healthcare, Commercial, Education, and Local authority buildings.

About the role:-

Identify, reduce, and manage all statutory and commercial risks associated with the surveying project
Provide different types of asset surveys, asset verifications, and asset compliance audits
Reports formatted and sent on a survey template
Producing technical and defect analysis reports
Life cycle costings
Organise your week accordingly depending on workload, traveling to meet with clients
Reports can all be carried out from home, with occasional meet-ups with the team at the head office.
Ensure full compliance with project management policies and procedures.Salary package:

Our client is offering a salary between £40k to £55k, depending on experience, as well as an excellent pension scheme, 26 holidays + bank holidays, and flexible working.

You must have relevant M&E surveying experience and a qualification to be successful with your application.
