Are you ready to take the reins and steer our Birmingham branch to success?

We're looking for a Branch Sales Manager with a strong sales background and a focus on branch operations to lead our Birmingham team to success.

If you're a natural leader with a talent for sales, logistics, and team management, we want you to join our team!

This role will keep you on your toes and has a lot of elements to it. Here is a flavour of what you’ll be doing day to day:

• Manage the logistics and the staff of the branch
• Ensure a high level of customer service is achieved at all times
• Ensure full security of the site is adhered to
• Enforce compliance of all operational procedures and policies across the staff
• Managing and implementing all the administration in the branch ensuring compliance

The successful candidate will have:

• Vehicle rental experience
• Management skills
• Good administration and typing skills
• An excellent telephone manner
• A pragmatic and adaptable attitude
• The ability to work on your own initiative and make well informed, considered decisions
• Be PC literate with the ability to adapt to a wide variety of tasks
• Effective and strong organisation skills with attention to detail and ability to multi-task and prioritise workloads
• All candidates will need to demonstrate that they have the Right to Work in the UK and have a driving licence
