With ambitious expansion plans, I am looking for an Accounts Manager to join the Winchester team.
About the Role:As Accounts Manager, you'll oversee a varied client portfolio and work closely with the partners to deliver top-notch service across multiple sectors, including rural and agricultural businesses. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing a diverse portfolio of corporate, LLP, and partnership clients.
- Providing exceptional client service, acting as the main point of contact for client queries.
- Preparing accounts, corporation tax computations, and business tax computations.
- Building strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Utilizing software like Iris, Silverfin, Caseware, Sage, and Xero.
- Training and supporting junior team members to develop their technical skills.
- Managing your workload to meet high-quality and timely standards.

- Experience in financial reporting and UK GAAP.
- Strong communication and client management skills.
- High-quality output in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent IT skills, especially in Excel, and the ability to quickly learn new software.
