Rate of Pay: £25 per hour
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As an RMN specialising in community psychiatry, your role will be pivotal in providing patient care:

Conducting regular visits to patients within the community to assess and address their needs.
Administering prescribed medications at scheduled intervals to manage patient conditions effectively.
Engaging with patients to understand their conditions, facilitating efficient support and monitoring progress.
Performing risk assessments as necessary to ensure patient safety and well-being throughout their treatment.
Requirements: To qualify for this position, candidates must meet the following criteria:

Active registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) as a mental health nurse.
Demonstrated experience in community-based psychiatric care.
Strong communication skills and the ability to perform effectively under pressure.
Capacity to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
Commitment to delivering high-quality patient care and support.
