Travel to our centres is required so you will need access to your own car

The What...

You will provide technical resource for support across the core business applications and be responsible for supporting project delivery and documentation of existing and new applications, whilst providing the necessary First Line support in conjunction the internal IT team and escalating to second line support and third party vendors.

Here's a closer look at the highlights of the role:
  • Take incoming support calls from our Team in Centres
  • Working within our support office to help Hemel Team Members
  • Log support tickets and manage
  • Apply troubleshooting techniques with Team Members facing issues
  • Provide technical advice to Team Members needing solutions
  • Visits to centres as and when required
  • Remote support with centres where required
  • Escalate issues to internal Team, Other Departments, vendors and distributors where necessary
  • Arrange repairs in-house or with vendors
  • Assist the team with day-to-day support
  • On call support (after 6 months)
This role is based 5 days in our Hemel Hempstead support office, and occasional travel to our centres may be required.
