Job Outline:

Do you have a PhD in Physics, Photonics, Imaging or Similar.

My client is now seeking a PhD Qualified Physicist to join their team as a Sales Application Specialist.

Based at my client's design and development facility in East Sussex, you will be the 'face of the company', engaging with potential and existing customers with the aim of identifying their needs and providing a tailored technical solution using my clients' products.

My client will offer full product training, after which you will be responsible for conducting product demonstrations, technical presentations, and application discussions to showcase the benefits of my client's solutions.

In addition to this you will also collaborate with the Technical Sales Manager to develop and execute strategic sales plans aimed at achieving business growth objectives.

You will also provide technical support and guidance to customers throughout the sales process, including post-sales support as needed.

Within the role you will also collaborate with the R&D team to provide customer feedback and market insights, influencing the development of new products and enhancements to existing products.

You will also help to develop detailed application notes which highlight the capabilities and advantages of my client's products in various applications, supporting both sales and marketing efforts.

Product training will be given, but an understanding of this type of technology, and its applications is required.

Qualifications and Experience:

A PhD in Physics, Science, or a similar discipline is required to succeed in this role.
