Vehicle Parts Centre Manager required in South East Bristol.

Due to business expansion our client, a network of manufacturer-affiliated vehicle parts retailers employing over 1,500+ staff nationwide, requires a Vehicle Parts Centre Manager for their centre situated in the South East Bristol region.
Reporting to the Head of Business, as the Centre Manager you will be responsible for leading, managing and motivating the centre's team to achieve the agreed business plan and provide excellent customer service. The role also carries the responsibility for strategic planning, business development, systems and processes, and all aspects of running a successful vehicle parts trade centre.
To be eligible, you will ideally live in the Bristol region or live within an easily commutable distance of South East Bristol. You will need to hold recent or current vehicle parts experience at a supervisory/management level. Experience working within a franchise-approved car dealership or similar motor factors would be highly desirable. You will have the ability to provide an exceptional customer service experience, be able to plan strategies and activities to grow and develop a business, be sales-focused and results-orientated, have a high degree of IT literacy and be a proficient user of MS Office.
