• Provide comprehensive legal advice to private clients
• Manage and develop a diverse portfolio of private clients
• Work collaboratively with other legal directors and partners
• Maintain awareness of legislative changes impacting the sector
• Lead and mentor junior legal staff
• Participate in business development and networking opportunities
• Ensure all services are delivered in line with company standards
• Handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity

Profile

A successful Private Client Solicitor at Legal Director or Partner level should have:

• Significant experience in private client law.
• Demonstrable leadership skills
• Expert knowledge of UK law and legal procedures
• Aptitude for building and maintaining client relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
