As Audit Assistant Manager, you will play a key role in managing audit engagements from planning through to completion, supporting junior staff and liaising directly with clients. This role would suit a newly qualified or recently qualified auditor looking to take the next step in their career within a forward-thinking and inclusive firm.

Key Responsibilities
- Leading audit assignments from planning to completion
- Supervising and mentoring junior team members
- Building strong relationships with clients
- Reviewing audit files and ensuring compliance with audit standards
- Identifying and resolving technical issues during audit work
- Reporting directly to Audit Managers and Partners
Requirements - ACA/ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
- Must have a minimum of 3 years previous experience working within a UK Practice environment
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines
- Keen attention to detail and a proactive approach
- Desire to progress within a supportive and growing firm
