The Role

As the Engineering Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of two engineers, ensuring the smooth operation of building services, and maintaining high standards of compliance and performance. Your key duties will include:

* Team Leadership - Providing guidance, support, and mentoring to your engineering team.

* Client & Contractor Liaison - Acting as the key point of contact for the Building Manager, contractors, and stakeholders.

* Site Audits & Reports - Overseeing compliance, maintenance schedules, and risk assessments.

* Technical Support - Hands-on assistance when required to ensure seamless building operations.
