BMR Solutions are currently recruiting for a CNC Programmer Operator - Mills to work for our client who are an engineering / manufacturing company in Gloucestershire.

Key Skills: CNC Programmer / Setter/ Operator / Mills / 3 axis / Mechanical / Winmax / Fusion 360 / Hurco Mills / Precision /

Responsibilities:

* Independently programme & operate 3-axis CNC Hurco Mills

* Conventional Programming in WinMax, using DXF.

* NC Programming, Fusion 360.

* Experience machining aluminium and plastics and free issue parts

* Managing tools and sets up.

* Read Technical drawings.

Knowledge and Skills:

* Programme and operate VM20i & 5 axis VMX30Ui CNC Hurco Mills

* Conventional Programming WinMax, using DXF

* Experience in precision tolerances

* Aluminium

* Low Volume manufactire

* Ability to understand mechanical design

* Previous CNC Programming experience experience in a manufacturing environment

* Lean manufacturing knowledge

* CMM Programming experience (desirable)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £38000 + per year based on experience
