Quality Compliance Manager - Faringdon - 9-day fortnight - up to £55,000

This is a great opportunity to join a company that have a diverse portfolio of medicines and medical devices. They have recently gone through acquisition with big plans to grow. You will be joining them at a pivotal time in their growth journey.

The roles and responsibilities:

As Quality Compliance Manager you will have the following roles and responsibilities:

* Maintain the Quality Management System to comply with ISO 13485

* Help with transition to comply with the new MRD (Medical Device Regulation)

* Manage complaints as well as vigilance assessments

* Day-to-day product quality issues dealing with deviations, CAPAs and correction reports and change controls

* Act as the company's PRRC (Personal Responsible for Regulatory Compliance) and Quality Representative

* Manage internal and external audits

* Provide in-house training on GMP and GDP matters

The requirements:

To be suitable for the role of Quality Compliance Manager you will ideally have the following skills:

* You will be well-versed in ISO 13485, ISO 14971 and 21 CFR

* Experience managing a Quality Management System

* Knowledge of MDR (Medical Device Regulation)

* A solid background working with medical products or MedTech

* Understanding of a medical manufacturer, such as cleanrooms and environmental controls

The package:

The successful candidate for the role of Quality Compliance Manager will receive the following package:

* Salary - £45,000 - £55,000

* 25 days holidays plus bank holidays

* 4% pension contribution

* Working pattern is 9 day fortnight

* Friday finish at 1pm

* Every other Friday off

Location:

The role of Quality Compliance Manager based in Faringdon, Oxfordshire and is commutable from Oxford, Swindon, Abingdon and Cirencester.
