Responsibilities of a Cover Supervisor:

Delivering pre-set lessons across a variety of subjects.
Managing classroom behaviour and ensuring a positive learning environment.
Encouraging student engagement and maintaining focus.
Supporting students with their learning and responding to any questions.
Upholding school policies and procedures, ensuring a safe and structured classroom setting.

What We're Looking For:

A minimum of 6 months of UK experience as a Cover Supervisor or in a similar classroom-based role.
An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or a willingness to obtain one.
Confidence in leading a classroom and engaging students.
Strong communication, adaptability, and organisational skills.
