TRIbuild is looking for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor with a strong background in structural steel to support the successful commercial management of complex construction projects in Northampton.

Key Responsibilities:
* Take full commercial responsibility for structural steel projects, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
* Manage project budgets, forecasts, and valuations while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
* Lead contract negotiations, procurement, and payment processes with subcontractors and suppliers.
* Work closely with project teams, clients, and stakeholders to ensure cost-effective project delivery.
* Oversee change management, variation assessments, and final accounts to maximise profitability.
* Ensure all work complies with contractual obligations, industry standards, and company policies.

Benefits:
Salary up to £80,000 dependant on experience with a surrounding benefits package.
