Salary: £28,000 - £30,000 pa + uncapped commission + benefits 

Hybrid/Leeds LS7 - Driving licence required 

Monday to Friday - Part-time or Full-time opportunity, Permanent

We work with a diverse range of clients from various industry sectors across the UK and manage events within the EMEA region and worldwide.

As the meetings and events industry recovers, we're looking to expand our market share and drive new client acquisition. That's where you come in!  We are looking for an experienced Business Development Executive who has a specific experience in driving sales within the hotel/events industry.  Please do not apply unless you have a background within this area.

Your Role but not limited to:

As a Business Development Executive, you will:

Leverage your MICE sales background to hit the ground running.
Focus on generating enquiries from new clients within the meetings, events, and learning sectors.
Develop and nurture relationships with high-value clients.
Drive new business acquisition in the meetings and events sector.
About You:

Proven sales experience in a similar role within a hotel or venue, with a strong background in the hospitality/event industries.
Expertise in building sales pipelines, managing bids, contracts, and presentations. Strong negotiation, influencing, and exemplary presentation and organisation skills.
Confident, driven, and strategically minded with the gravitas to influence and network at a senior level.
Self-motivated and target-oriented, with solid experience in account management.
Preferred Experience:

B2B sales: 1 year
Events management: 1 year
Hotel industry: 1 year
