Our client based in Wimbledon is looking for talented and experienced sales person to join their.

Area: Wimbledon SW19

Company Type: Multi Branch Agency 

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am-6pm (Sat 9am – 5pm) 5 day week. 

You will be required to work Saturdays on a rota basis. When working a Saturday, you are given any weekday off (Your choice) as a day in Lieu.

Tasks

• Generate applicants for the properties by calling through existing database
• Responding to enquiries from property portals such as Rightmove, Zoopla and on the market by phone and email
• Arrange and conduct viewings
• Negotiate offers with both vendor and applicants
• Hitting sales targets/KPI’s on a weekly/monthly basis

• Money hungry
• Target driven
• Articulate and professional
• A minimum 1 years experience (desirable)

• Basic: up to £22k
• On target Earnings (OTE commission + basic) £50,000
• Excellent training
