The Job you will be Doing

* Building relationships with trade customers to encourage business growth and brand awareness via telephone-based prospecting and account management

* Identify any potential business and sales opportunities

* Dealing with a range of national and regional Trade Accounts

* Responding to any incoming queries

* Having excellent knowledge of company products and services

* Growing revenue within the business

* Working towards team-based targets

About You

* Previous customer service experience or sales experience would be an advantage

* Strong team player,

* Excellent telephone manner and communication skills

* Able to build strong customer relationships

* Be comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting

* Work in alignment with company values

* Adaptable to change in a growing and developing business
