A unique opportunity at senior associate level has become available. You will join a prestigious international law firm in Bristol within its real estate team, which handles high-value transactions, particularly those exceeding £150 million.

About the Department:

• Provides expert guidance on all aspects of commercial real estate, including acquisitions, disposals and development ventures
• Specialises in property finance and clean energy projects, offering in-depth expertise in renewable sectors like wind and solar energy

What We’re Looking For:

• A qualified Real Estate Solicitor with a minimum of 6 years' post-qualification experience (PQE)
• Experience in Clean Energy projects is highly desirable but not essential
