Job Title: Quantity Surveyor (Civils & Reinforced Concrete) - Infrastructure

Location: Northampton, UK

Day Rate: £350 per day + Holiday Pay (PAYE Direct)

Contract Type: Temporary - 10 Month Project

About the Role:
Integrate Resources Group is seeking a skilled and experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team, working on the prestigious HS2 Infrastructure Project in Northampton. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a landmark UK development, with a focus on civils and reinforced concrete works.

Key Responsibilities:

* Preparing and managing accurate cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.

* Conducting valuations and agreeing on variations.

* Monitoring and reporting on project progress, identifying potential risks and cost implications.

* Liaising with contractors, subcontractors, and clients to ensure efficient delivery.

* Ensuring compliance with contractual and legal obligations.

* Preparing final accounts and supporting project close-out.

Requirements:

* CSCS Card

* SMSTS

* Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the civils and reinforced concrete sectors.

* Familiarity with large-scale infrastructure projects.

* Strong knowledge of NEC contracts and their administration.

* Excellent analytical and numerical skills with attention to detail.

* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

* Based in or near Northampton to qualify as a local candidate.
