Afternoon Caretaker - Primary School in Tonyrefail

We are looking for a reliable and experienced Caretaker to join our primary school in Tonyrefail. This is a part-time, afternoon role, Monday to Friday, for approximately 5 hours per day.

Key Requirements:

• Must have experience as a handyman, caretaker, or in maintenance roles.
• Ability to carry out general repairs and maintenance.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a school environment.
• Must be willing to or already have an Enhanced DBS check.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct general repairs and maintenance around the school.
• Ensure the school grounds are safe and secure.
• Assist with setting up and tidying school facilities for events.
• Carry out safety checks on school equipment and premises.
• Maintain cleanliness in outdoor areas and manage waste disposal.
