Key Responsibilities

In this role, you'll be instrumental in the successful execution of projects, handling tasks such as:

• BOM Management: Oversee Bill of Materials to ensure seamless project execution.
• ETRS Development & Tracking: Assist in developing and monitoring Engineering Task Review Sheets.
• Cost & Mass Tracking: Maintain records to manage budgets and product specifications effectively.
• Metrics Tracking & Reporting: Monitor project performance and provide detailed updates.
• Project Planning: Collaborate on creating and managing comprehensive project plans.
• Team Coordination: Act as a liaison between project engineers, design engineers, and the Project Manager to ensure tasks are aligned and delivered.

Ideal Candidate:

• Strong experience in database management, VBA, scripting, or macros.
• Excellent communication skills for liaising with cross-functional teams.
• A detail-oriented approach with a focus on maintaining quality and operational excellence.
