About The Company:

Our client is a £50M organisation who provide a range of technical engineering products for businesses, both small independents and leading national retailers, across the automotive, aviation, transportation and rail sectors. Whilst they are known for their excellent customer service, they are looking to drive growth of the business and become the market leader in their space. As such, they are looking to bring on board a CEO who can set the strategy and drive the growth of the business.

Chief Executive Officer – The Role:

This is an integral role for the business as they look to drive growth and become the market leader by 2030. It will be responsible for crafting and executing the strategic plans, growing profits margins and ensuring a high performing working culture. Your leadership skills will be crucial, as you manage a sizable team comprising both office and field-based personnel. It will act as an ambassador for the business, attending industry events and managing relationships with some of their most notable clients.

Chief Executive Officer – Key Responsibilities:

- Provide strategic leadership to the business, with full accountability for the P&L and growing revenues and profit margins

- Develop and drive a culture of excellence across all areas of the business

- Review financial information and adjust budgets and strategies accordingly, reporting back on the performance of the business to the board on a regular basis

- Act as an ambassador for the business, maintaining relationship with key suppliers and clients

Chief Executive Officer – You:

- Min. of 10 years proven experience in as a senior leadership position

- Excellent people skills, able to bring teams on a journey with you

- Sound knowledge of how all business functions operate cohesively

- Experience operating within the technical equipment (with applications in the automotive and aviation space) sector
