* A global FM Service Provider with a fantastic presence in the market.

Your new role

* Working Monday - Friday, with flexible hours at a commercial office in Milton Keynes.

* Oversee the day-to-day operations of the helpdesk and contract support functions, ensuring timely and effective service delivery

* Ensure all reactive and planned maintenance activities comply with relevant contractual obligations and requirements.

* Lead the mobilisation of new accounts, including conducting customer and site visits to understand client requirements

What you'll need to succeed

* Experience in a facilities management and overseeing helpdesk and contract support functions is essential.

* The ideal candidate will have experience working on a CAFM system or in-house software and being efficient with MS programmes.

* The ideal candidate will drive compliance, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery, supporting both current operations and future growth.

* Good communication skills and experience in customer service engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
