The applicant:

* Assessing: Ensuring the design meets the client's needs

* Demonstrable: Track record in self delivery of steel fabrications for construction and civil engineering purposes

* Planning: Creating a process to reduce delays and costs, including determining specifications and creating a manufacturing and installation plan

* Managing: Keeping the project on schedule and within budget, and managing people and processes

* Communicating: Liaising with the client, suppliers, and other contractors

* Site measurement: Accurately measuring the site for fabricating and installing metalwork
