The Role:

As a Service Engineer, you will:

  • Attend domestic properties across London to diagnose and repair white goods efficiently.
  • Plan your daily routes to maximise efficiency and minimise travel time.
  • Maintain professional communication and exceptional customer service during all interactions.
  • Manage van stock to ensure first-time fixes wherever possible.
  • Conduct detailed diagnostics and repairs, aiming to maintain a recall rate below 4%.
  • Submit detailed reports and photographs for each job.
  • Keep your work area clean and leave properties as you found them.
  • Regularly collect and verify parts from local depots or shops, updating the system accordingly.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of your company vehicle, reporting any issues as needed.
  • Stay in constant contact with the office to manage your schedule and respond to queries promptly.
