CQC Registered Manager - Homecare and Domiciliary Services

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic CQC Registered Manager to join our growing agency, focused on expanding our homecare and domiciliary services. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the day-to-day operations of our services, ensuring all regulated activities are delivered to the highest standards of safety and quality.

Key Responsibilities:

* Lead and manage the development and delivery of homecare services, ensuring full compliance with CQC regulations and industry standards.

* Collaborate closely with the owners to shape and execute the strategic vision for the organisation, and effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

* Take full responsibility as the CQC Registered Manager, embodying exemplary personal values and leadership qualities to inspire and guide your teams.

* Conduct regular meetings and performance appraisals with managers, providing support and guidance for their professional growth.

* Assist in the development of long-term business strategies and work with board members to oversee the implementation of a comprehensive 5-year plan.

* Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion, driving profitability and business success.

* Maintain and update company policies, ensuring they align with the latest regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will:

* Have proven leadership experience in a homecare or domiciliary setting.

* Demonstrate strong CQC knowledge and an ability to ensure full compliance with all regulations.

* Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with both internal teams and external stakeholders.

* Be proactive, strategic, and focused on achieving both operational excellence and long-term business growth.

Salary based on experience.

Once fully up and running there is an oppotunity for this to become a a hybride role.
