Salary: £52,500 to £55,000 + £500 Car Allowance + Up to 15% Bonus

Location: Travel to different sites across Manchester and Lancashire

What you'll be doing:

  • Be responsible for operating plants in a safe, efficient and consistent manner
  • Deliver contractual service levels within Manchester and Lancashire portfolio of energy customer contracts through the mobile technical operations team.
  • Ensure strong operation and financial performance within budget
  • Identifying potential areas for growth and contract expansion across the portfolio
  • Creating and promoting a strong health, safety and compliant culture across the portfolio
  • Working alongside other Veolia BUs within veolia such as Business Development and Technical Direction to deliver innovations and value creation of sustainable customer offerings
  • Working with Finance teams prepare and deliver challenging but achievable annual budgets.

What we're looking for:

  • Qualified within an engineering discipline
  • Relevant Safety Qualification
  • Previous knowledge of Industrial Utilities plant such as Boiler Plant, water treatment plant and CHP
  • Experience working with customers and challenging situations
  • The ability to lead a successful, well engaged team
