Junior Account Manager

Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB23

Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm (OFFICE BASED)

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum depending on experience + quarterly bonus

Job Duties:

* Delivering top-notch customer service and building strong relationships

* Keeping customers up-to-date with the latest offers and news

* Responding quickly and accurately to customer questions

* Supporting the Account Managers and Sales Administrator to ensure seamless service

* Processing orders and handling payments

* Keeping customer records up-to-date and set up new customer accounts on the database

* Helping out with various office tasks as needed
