4Site are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join a prestigious main contractor specialising in high-end residential refurbishments. With projects based across London, you will work alongside two other Contracts Managers, overseeing Site Managers and managing projects valued up to £8 million.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with fellow Contracts Managers to oversee multiple high-value projects.
Lead and support Site Managers to ensure projects are delivered to the highest standards.
Demonstrate dedication to excellence and work collaboratively with team members and clients.
Manage budgets, schedules, and client expectations.
