Robert Half Finance & Accounting are currently recruiting for an Interim Accounts Payable Clerk to join a business based in Avonmouth for a period of 3 months.

Role: Accounts Payable Clerk

Salary: £26,000 (Hourly rate equivalent)

Duration: 3 months

Start date: February

Working pattern: Full time - 37.5 hours a week. Post training, hybrid working is 3 days in the office, 2 from home

Free parking is available

Responsibilities include:

• Monitor and register incoming invoices and ensuring all details are accurately inputted
• Resolve invoice queries
• Manage supplier accounts
• Statement reconciliations

Skills/Experience needed:

• Previous experience in an Accounts Payable or similar finance position is preferred - But not essential to be considered
• High attention to detail
• Confident communicator
• Computer literate
• Willing to learn
• Comfortable with working in a fast paced environment
• Strong organisational skills
• Proactive attitude
