Team Leader required in Offenham!!!

Job Role:

The role on offer is based at a very well established company based in Offenham. The day to day duties of the Team Leader will consist of;

* Running a team of 10-20 staff members.

* Aiding with Stacking of pallets.

* Packing of products.

* Ensuring health and sfaty is met at all times.

* Ensuring daily targets are being hit.

* Reporting to senior management team.

* Ensuring proucts are suitable for dispatch.

Personal Qualities:

* Physically fit.

* Able to work as a team but also on your own.

* Communitive English (Basic).

* Experince manageing a small team (Supervisor or Team Lead)

* Moviating.

* Attention to detail.

Hours:

Ongoing work, 6:00 - 7:00am until finish.
Monday to Friday

Pay:

* £12.21 p/h
