Valuations Executive or Assistant Manager

Would you enjoy working as a Valuations Executive in a Top tier Firm Would you like to be involved in supporting Corporate Finance clients in the valuations when they buy and sell their business

Our client is seeking a Valuations Executive or Assistant Manager to join their Kent office. In this role you will be assisting clients on issues relating to supporting and advising them through the valuation’s lifecycle of their business: funding, buying, growing, and selling

This is a great role, with varied exposure and support from experienced team and Partner

In this role you will:

• Assist members of the CF team to enable them to provide strategic and technical advice and guidance to clients
• Create and reviewing financial models to assist in the evaluation of the business and prospects for a client, and the potential returns of a transaction

The successful candidate needs to:

• Be ACA qualified or have relevant corporate finance qualifications
• Have experience working in valuations or a real passion for this to be your career move
• Demonstrate interest in OMBs and the markets in which they operate
