Position: Maintenance Fabric Engineer
Location: Birmingham
Salary: £30,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week

Key Responsibilities

* General fabric duties including:

* Painting and decorating

* Fire door maintenance

* Carpentry and building services

* Minor mechanical and electrical maintenance tasks

* Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance requirements on-site.

* Mobile role requiring travel to various locations.

Requirements

* Qualifications: Level 2 Carpentry & Joinery qualification

* Experience: Approximately 2 years in a similar role or field

* Strong awareness of health and safety regulations and practices
