Red Sky Personnel are recruiting for a Warehouse Shift Leader to join World Duty Free, based in Crawley on a permanent basis.

Responsibilities   

As an experienced Shift Leader you will have the ability to work collaboratively with peers and motivate others. Be able to communicate effectively, engage in continuous development and be able to prioritise and provide solutions.  

Your responsibilities will be to:

Shift Pattern     

   4on 4 off

   6am-6pm 

   Overtime may be available but is not guaranteed.  

     Pay Rate   

   £33,000

Person Specification    

Experience within a busy logistical environment and manual handling would be beneficial  
Excellent communication skills and team spirit are essential!  
Must be hardworking & reliable with an excellent work ethic  
Have no unspent criminal convictions - If you are successful at interview, you will be required to apply for a Criminal Record Check                                                                                   
Due to this role being within a warehouse that supplies UK Airports, you must qualify.   Therefore, you will need to be able to provide the following information:  

5-year checkable history (employment, self-employment, education or benefit claim)  
Eligibility to work in UK (UK Passport, EU Passport, Non-EU Passport & Visa, Biometric  Residence Permit, UK Birth Certificate along with photo ID
Provide proof of NI (pay slip/P45/P60 etc)  
Provide proof of address dated within the last 3mths (utility bill, bank statement, HMRC Letter)
