About the Role:

Our prestigious client are seeking an experienced Non-Working Site Supervisor to oversee a large-scale civils and groundworks package in Oxfordshire. This is a supervisory role requiring strong technical expertise and leadership, with a focus on temporary works, formwork, re-bar, and in-situ concrete.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a Non-Working Supervisor for the site, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of safety and quality.

Hold and manage responsibilities as a Temporary Works Supervisor.

Oversee and monitor work involving formwork, re-bar, in-situ concrete, and drainage systems.

Ensure that all work is completed according to detailed drawings and specifications.

Provide leadership and guidance to site teams to ensure tasks are completed efficiently.

Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project deadlines are met.

Maintain and manage site documentation, including reporting and project updates using Word, Excel, and other necessary software.

Requirements:

Temporary Works Supervisor Ticket (mandatory).

Proven experience and a deep understanding of formwork, re-bar, in-situ concrete, and drainage.

Ability to read, interpret, and manage work according to technical drawings.

Computer literate with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and other related software.

Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage teams on-site.
