• Balance Sheet Reconciliations: Conduct regular reconciliations to maintain the integrity of financial data.
• Month-End Close: Oversee the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial statements.
• Cashflow Reporting: Prepare detailed cash flow reports to monitor and manage liquidity effectively.
• Financial Reporting: Generate comprehensive financial reports to support management decision-making.
• Management Accounts: Prepare management accounts, providing insights and variance analysis for budget management.
• Year-End Accounts: Assist in the preparation of year-end accounts and coordinate with external auditors.
• Implementing New Systems: Collaborate with teams to implement and enhance financial systems and processes.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Part-qualified in CIMA or equivalent.
• Relevant experience in a finance role, preferably within the construction or design sectors.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in accounting software and financial reporting tools
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
