Full time - 35 hours a week

My client is looking for a switched-on individual who is wanting to step into a long term role where training is provided and the options for progression are endless.

What is the role of a renewal's administrator?
You'll be the key to ensuring our clients' intellectual property stays protected. Missed deadlines can be critical, so you'll monitor, manage, and pay IP renewals for patents, trademarks, and designs, making sure nothing slips through the cracks.

What you will do as a renewal's administrator:

* Renewal Management: Handle renewal deadlines, issue reminders, process payments, and update clients.

* Data Accuracy: Maintain electronic records and case management systems to ensure everything is up to date.

* Client Support: Provide quotes, liaise with agents, and offer excellent customer service.

* Process Improvement: Suggest and implement improvements for smoother operations.

* Collaboration: Work closely with attorneys, the formalities team, and clients worldwide.

What you will need:

* 4 GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English.

* Upbeat, can-do attitude, switched on with good attention to detail.

* Ideally looking for someone from financial services or an insurance background

* Knowledge of IP renewals (patents, trademarks, designs) not required but is a plus!
