Location: Wolverhampton
Salary: £40,000 to £42,000 per year + soft benefits, pension, generous holidays, sick pay, extra qualifications
Shift Pattern: 2-shift pattern (earlies and lates)

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team in Wolverhampton. You will be responsible for maintaining and fixing industrial equipment, performing PLC fault finding, and supporting the operation of control systems and industrial drives.

Key Responsibilities:

PLC fault finding and diagnostics

Maintaining and repairing industrial drives and control systems

Performing breakdown maintenance to minimize downtime

Working both as part of a team of engineers or independently

Ensuring that all equipment is operating efficiently and safely

Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and preventative maintenance programs

Requirements:

Electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

Proven experience in a similar maintenance technician role

Strong knowledge of industrial drives, PLCs, and control systems

Excellent fault-finding and diagnostic skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Flexibility to work on a 2-shift pattern (earlies and lates)
