We are actively seeking an experienced CAD Engineer to work for an organisation based in Gloucestershire. This is for a temporary contract expected to last a minimum of 3 months with a likely extension or permanent contract
Position: CAD Engineer
Location: Gloucestershire
Hourly rate: £22 - 27 via Umbrella or CIS
Key Responsibilities:
* Survey hospital buildings and create architectural and engineering drawings
* Create floor plans, space occupancy plans, fire equipment and escape drawings
* Manage CAD library for infrastructure drawing documents
* Interpret large data sets and report to capital projects and estates teams
* Survey access roads, facades and elevations
* Monitor contractors and completed works
