What will you do?  

• Handle a broad private client caseload 
• Advise on wills, probate, trusts, LPAs and more 
• Manage complex estate administration (with agricultural & business elements), Will Trusts, Deeds of Appointment and Variation, again with an estate administration focus 
• Have managerial responsibilities: To potentially include leading a division within the Private Client department, managing one of the firm’s branches, or supervising, mentoring or coaching other members of staff including trainees
• Continue to develop and enhance the firms already very good reputation 
• Your clients will be of mixed wealth to include those of a high-net-worth nature - Experience of this is beneficial, but not essential  

What will you need? 

• To be an experienced solicitor or legal executive 
• To have at least 4 years' private client experience 
• Any experience of agricultural/business/significant financial investments would be preferred 
• To want to progress to a managerial role 
• STEP membership an advantage, but not essential 
• This role will ideally be offered on a full-time basis, but do get in touch if you are looking for a part-time role
