This is a unique offering for a travel professional who enjoys a varied role of customer service and operations. Being fully immersed within a well established and close knit team, you will be the customers point of contact for pre and post departure queries or complaints.

As a Customer Experience Executive, you will be working a shift pattern which will change based on the time of year, and will include every other weekend with a day of before and after the week as time in lieu, more details on the shifts available on application.

The role:

* Provide customer with exceptional customer service for pre and post departure queries or complaints

* Ensure the company are represented in a professional manner at all times

* Think commercially when handling a complaint scenario, whilst remaining empathetic

* Ability to work in a fast paced, high pressured and ever changing environment

* Ensure the customer has a positive experience with the company

* Ensure all companies processes and procedures are followed whilst meeting service levels

* Carry out any adhoc projects within the Customer Experience team

You will have:

* Travel industry background

* Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role

* Patience, resilience and the ability to be empathetic regardless of the situation

* A commercial mindset, and ensure margins for each reservation are maximised

* Familiarity with social media (Facebook, twitter, trust pilot etc…)

* Basic knowledge of ABTA Code of Conduct

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
