Are you a Psychology graduate looking to kick-start your career in educational psychology? Are you passionate about supporting young people and keen to gain hands-on experience in a vibrant school setting? This is a fantastic opportunity for a Psychology graduate to join a welcoming and inclusive mainstream secondary school in Walthamstow, working closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN). Whether you're a recent Psychology graduate, or a graduate looking for your next step into a more specialised field, this role provides invaluable exposure to child development, behaviour management, and learning support. It's also ideal for any Psychology graduate exploring a future in teaching, child therapy, or clinical psychology.

The Role:

Full-time, term-time position starting ASAP

Working 1:1 and in small groups with students with SEN, including ASD, ADHD, and SEMH

Supporting teaching staff in delivering inclusive learning strategies

Implementing tailored interventions to aid emotional regulation and learning development

Gaining experience with EHCPs, safeguarding procedures, and multi-agency collaboration
