R13 Recruitment are currently partnering with a leading insurance provider in their search for a Customer Service Representative to join their Norwich-based team, on a flexible part time basis. Joining their highly successful team, you will be a first point of contact for customers, advising on products, and accurately updating records.

This is a part time, permanent position working flexibly for around 23 hours per week, and is offering a £24,000 pro rata salary plus OTE.

The day to day

• Providing expert advice on the range of products sold by the company.
• Answering customer enquiries via telephone and email.
• Processing documents, and ensuring accurate records are kept.
• Making a positive impact on every customer call, efficiently and effectively having the right conversations to meet their needs.
• Problem solving and building excellent relationships over the telephone, and providing a friendly, timely and professional service.

You will have/be:

• GCSE level qualifications in Maths and English.
• Knowledge of FCA rules and regulations.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
• The ability to adapt/respond to different types of enquiries.
• Dedication and commitment to drive performance.
