I'm looking for a Groundworker in the Bedford area to work in a permanent contract with a well-established social housing contractor. This job will be carrying out reactive repairs externally on domestic properties.

The Groundworker will need:

Experience working in social housing properties
Experience in domestic ground works
A Full UK driving license
The Groundworker will be responsible for:

External reactive repairs such as slabbing, paving, fencing etc
Brickwork and basic drainage repairs
The Groundworker will receive:

£36,000 salary
A company van and fuel card
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
