Role OverviewA creative and dynamic social media-focused organization is seeking a **Senior Community Manager** to join their London team on an initial six-month fixed-term contract. With potential for extension or transition into a permanent role, this is an exciting opportunity to work within a team of social media enthusiasts. As part of the team, you'll manage social media and community initiatives for some of the world's most iconic brands, collaborating with experts in insights, strategy, and design to create innovative, social-first campaigns.

To thrive in this role, you must have a deep passion for social media platforms, be a skilled copywriter, and stay ahead of social trends and digital conversations. If you're someone who gets excited by TikTok, Instagram, and community building, this is the perfect role for you.

Key Responsibilities- Oversee and manage several clients across various sectors, working with Community Managers and Social Executives to ensure the success of multiple accounts. - Act as the primary client contact for social media and community management, fostering strong relationships and ensuring client satisfaction. - Drive best-in-class organic social media activations and campaigns from initial strategy to activation, transforming social media presence for clients. - Develop global and local editorial themes, content calendars, and guidelines that drive social engagement. - Ensure smooth delivery of editorial calendars, overseeing day-to-day social media execution across all channels. - Provide strategic insights and analysis, contributing to monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reports for senior stakeholders. - Monitor online conversations, fostering engaging interactions and nurturing community connections. - Stay attuned to cultural and social media trends, constantly challenging the team and clients to innovate. - Identify and react to relevant trends, collaborating with design and production teams to bring ideas to life. - Create native-first content, including TikTok videos, that responds to emerging social media trends.

Key Requirements- At least 5 years of experience in social, digital, or integrated marketing, preferably within an agency environment. - Expert knowledge of social media platforms, trends, best practices, and algorithms. - Experience managing both B2B and B2C campaigns is highly advantageous. - Ability to optimize content production and publication based on platform insights and performance data. - Proven track record of creating and supporting social media campaigns as part of broader marketing strategies. - Excellent relationship management skills, both with internal teams and external clients. - Exceptional copywriting and editorial skills, with the ability to craft compelling social content in fluent English. - Proficiency in social media management tools for publishing, moderation, and reporting. - Highly organized with exceptional time management skills, able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. - Strong passion for technology, lifestyle, and innovation in social media. - Experience with influencer marketing programs and social media advertising would be beneficial.
